The MGO range of manuka honeys has also been complemented with a new range of wound care products made with medical grade manuka honey.
Manuka Health’s pioneering spirit has not neglected the fact that manuka honey is a totally natural product and the production of MGO 250+ Manuka Honey does not involve any chemicals and also follows strict sustainability practices that enable the honey to be traced from the beehive to the shelf.
The MGO system for testing and rating manuka honey has been launched in 35 countries. It is a different system from the other internationally recognized UMF or Unique Manuka Factor trademark.
However both labels give consumers confidence that the honey is genuine manuka honey.
