UMF 18+ Manuka Honey has a strong and intense taste. Honey New Zealand sources its honey from beehives that are located all over New Zealand in areas close to the natural bush land where the manuka tree grows. As a monofloral honey, it is important that the hives are located near the source of the nectar in a natural environment that is free from outside contaminants and pesticides. This is another factor behind the purity of the honey.
