Green Bay Harvest 15+ Active Raw Manuka Honey (227g) is the most potent of Green Bay Harvest’s delicious and raw manuka honeys. The company sources high quality raw manuka honey from the South Island of New Zealand and as a company run by two families sets store on both its relationships with the beekeepers as well as sustainability.
This raw manuka honey has an NPA rating of 15+, which means the honey has been lab certified to verify that it is a genuine manuka honey. Green Bay Harvest tests all its manuka honey so consumers can rest assured what the label says is the same as the honey in the jar.
The honey has not been processed or heat treated and the only process Green Bay Harvest manuka honeys go through is a coarse filtering before putting into jars. This means that all the enzymes and nutrients that make this such a special and natural product go straight into the jar.
There are a number of well-documented studies in clinical settings that have shown manuka honey to be effective against MRSA infections. It is worth remembering though that despite its delicious taste of Green Bay Harvest manuka honey, children below the age of one should not eat honey.
