It is no wonder then that Manukora Manuka Honey UMF 15+ is a seriously pure and strong manuka honey as in tune with the company’s ethos this amazing honey is predominantly sourced from large tracts of native manuka tree forests from East Cape region of New Zealand. A place mainly untouched by human hands and perfect for busy manuka honey bees.
The UMF label is also important for honey lovers who may be concerned that they are getting genuine manuka honey. The UMF Honey Association (UMF HA) has spent the last few years furthering the research into identifying and grading genuine manuka honey.
Manukora Manuka Honey UMF 15+ has been tested according to the UMF HA’s latest research and the level of 15+ means this honey is very pure and contains a high level of MGO (or methylglyoxal to give it its full name) and also contains Leptosperin.
