The MGO brand of manuka honey by Manuka Health New Zealand is a product from one of the pioneering companies into the development of the science behind manuka honey.
It all started in the founder’s living room in 2006 and in a short space of time has grown to become one of the most important global players in the production of manuka honey, as well as manuka honey skin care and wound care products.
Manuka Health’s portfolio of products also includes a range of other bee and pollen related products.
This MGO 30+ Manuka Honey Blend is a manuka honey that has been blended with New Zealand bush honey to craft a honey of exquisite taste. The MGO level of this honey is relatively low, however, the range of manuka honey produced by the company has honey with a level of 550+.
MGO 30+ Manuka Honey Blend is produced and tested by Manuka Health’s in-house laboratory to confirm that the manuka honey has the level of methyglyoxal (MGO) stated.
The honey is produced without the use of any chemicals and according to strict sustainability practices that respect the natural environment, where the bees forage for nectar from the famous manuka tree.
MGO Manuka Honey is a rating system that has been registered in over 35 countries and Manuka Health’s product innovations and sustainable ethos has won the company several awards and recognition.
